GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENTS

and that are in the City of Salinas’ subject matter jurisdiction. Comments on Consent,
Consideration, and Closed session items should be held until the items are reached.
The public may request that the legislative body consider adding an item for
consideration on a future agenda. The public may comment on scheduled agenda
items, including closed session items, as they are considered. In order to be respectful
of all speakers’ views and to avoid disruption of the meeting, the audience shall refrain

Railroad Passenger Corporation (aka Amtrak) at 11 Station Place (the Salinas Train
Depot at the Intermodal Transportation Center).

Recommendation: Adopt a RESOLUTION authorizing the addition of one Permit Center Clerk to the

Recommendation: Adopt a RESOLUTION approving a proposal from Kimley Horn and Associates for

Acceptance
Recommendation: Adopt a RESOLUTION authorizing acceptance of a grant award from U.S. Department

Prison Populations, Saving Money and Creating Safer Communities.
