ID#20-110 Parking Enforcement Services Contract Renewal Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing the renewal of the Parking Enforcement Services Contract with SERCO, Inc. for 3 years for an annual amount of $607,676. ID#20-498 Administrative Correction to Resolution No. 21964 Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing the administrative correction to Resolution No. 21964 previously approved on October 13, 2020; and a corrected Resolution for the California Department of Housing and Community Development ("HCD") approving a Co-Application with development partners Step Up on Second Street, Inc., and Shangri-La Industries, LLC in an amount not to exceed $14.424 million.
