ID#20-331 Labor Compliance Program Recommendation: Approve a Resolution adopting the Labor Compliance Program for applicable Public Works Projects. ID#20-437 Monterey One Water Right of Entry Agreement, Salinas Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility and Salinas Pump Station Recommendation: Approve a Resolution for an agreement with Monterey One Water to enter, operate and maintain grant funded infrastructure at the industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility and Salinas Pump Station. ID#20-438 Monterey One Water Amendment No. 1 to the 2018 Water Quality, Operation and Cost Sharing Agreement (2018 Agreement) Recommendation: Approve a Resolution of an amended Agreement for Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Water Quality Monitoring Services with Monterey One Water. ID#20-458 June 2020 Financial Report Recommendation: Accept the Quarterly Financial Report for June 2020. ID#20-461 Street Pavement Maintenance Repairs Recommendation: Approve a Resolution to authorize an $800,000 increase to the existing purchase amount for roadway pavement materials for the City Street Maintenance Division for this fiscal year. ID#20-467 Declaration of Surplus Land - Lincoln Avenue Recommendation: Approve a Resolution declaring the identified city-owned properties as surplus land. ID#20-470 Purchase of Police Vehicles and Associated Emergency Equipment Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing the direct purchase of seven police vehicles and associated emergency equipment for sworn police officers through MY Dodge, Salinas Valley Ford, Motorola, Axon, Lehr Auto Electric, Snow Signs and/or alternate upfitting and signage vendors, for a total cost not to exceed $500,401.92. ID#20-471 Agreement for New Police Records Management System Purchase, Integration and Support City of Salinas Page 3 Printed on 10/23/2020 City Council Meeting Agenda - Final October 27, 2020 Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing the execution of an Agreement with Mark43 for a 5-year term with total costs not to exceed $1,698,200 for the purchase, integration and ongoing support of a new Records Management System for the Police Service of Salinas. ID#20-472 Sole Source Purchase of Lexipol Services for the Salinas Fire Department Recommendation: Approve a Resolution approving the purchase of the Lexipol policy and procedures manual implementation and update services for the Salinas Fire Department in the amount of $34,817.00. ID#20-476 Axon Camera Systems Annual License and Software Maintenance Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing the payment of annual license and software maintenance fees for six identified purchases of Axon Camera Systems and Evidence.com access for a total costs not to exceed $208,703.30 through FY 2022-23. COUNCILMEMBERS’ REPORTS, APPOINTMENTS AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Receive communication from Councilmembers on reports, appointments and future agenda items.
