ID#22-069 Direct Purchase of one F-350 Utility Body and two F-350 Crew Cab Trucks Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing the direct purchase of one F-350 Utility Body at a cost of $60,159.68 for the Fleet Maintenance Division and two F-350 Crew Cabs at a cost of $46,644.80 each for the Street Maintenance Division for a total cost of $153,449.28. ID#22-093 “No Stopping” Red Zones at Multiple Intersections Recommendation: Approve a Resolution establishing a total of 125 feet of "No Stopping" red zones at the intersection of Pacana Circle at Nogal Drive, 70 feet of "No Stopping" red zones at the intersection of Rider Avenue at Las Casitas Drive, and 50 feet of "No Stopping" red zones at the intersection of Del Monte Avenue at Atlantic Street to provide sufficient intersection sight distance. City of Salinas Page 3 Printed on 3/2/2022 City Council Meeting Agenda - Final March 8, 2022 ID#22-112 California Department of Housing and Community Development Application for Homekey Program Round 2 for Scattered Site Family Housing Recommendation: Approve a Resolution authorizing the submittal of a Joint Application to the California Department of Housing and Community Development ("HCD") for Homekey Round 2 for a scattered site family housing project; and authorizing the City Manager or designee to finalize a Memorandum of Understanding with Bay Area Community Services Housing Corporation (BACS) ; and approving a local match contribution of up to $1.6 million $215,000 of HUD Home Investment Partnership American Rescue Plan (HOME ARP) funds, $1,300,000 of HCD Permanent Local Housing Allocation funds, and $85,000 dollars of City CIP 9021 Housing Production funds. ID#22-116 Modification to the Classification - Salary Schedule Recommendation: Approve a Resolution modifying the Classification - Salary Schedule to reflect the Criminalist classification that has been added to the Association of Management Personnel of Salinas (AMPS) unit and removed from the Salinas Police Officers Association (SPOA) unit; and adjust the Classification - Salary Schedule to include the previously authorized Senior Code Enforcement Officer classification and include the classification of Accountant (temporary).
