District for the Boronda Roadway Improvement Project; and authorizing the
Mayor to sign the Certificate of Acceptance; and authorizing the City Clerk to
submit the Grant of Easement to the Monterey County Recorder for Recordation

authorizing the Mayor to execute the 2022 Downtown Government Center
Memorandum of Understanding with the County of Monterey; and authorize
establishing a new Capital Improvement Program (CIP) account for the Parking
Facility, appropriating $300,000 from the General Fund (1000) and $300,000 from
Fund 5203 - Developers Contribution to cover City's portion of Parking Facility
Planning Activities expenses, and appropriating the reimbursement revenue
from the County's portion ($300,000) to Fund 5203 was approved. The motion

Barrera, Resolution authorizing a contract amendment in the amount of $1.1
million between the City of Salinas and Anderson Pacific Engineering
Construction, Inc. for construction services related to the Lake Street Emergency
Sewer repairs and extend the term of the agreement; and authorize a transfer of
$1.1 million from identified funds was approved. The motion carried by the
