CONSIDERATIONS ID#19-651 Chinatown Revitalization Plan Recommendation: It is recommended that the Planning Commission adopt the attached resolution recommending that the City Council accept the draft Chinatown Revitalization Plan as a key strategic planning document. PUBLIC HEARINGS ID#19-513 West Area Specific Plan Project Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission affirm the findings and adopt the resolutions recommending that the City Council: Certify the EIR, adopt the CEQA Findings of Fact, Statement of Overriding Considerations and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, approve the Specific Plan, approve the Rezone, and approve the Development Agreement. Miscellaneous 2019-015 - Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Lease and Development of 13.25-acres at the Salinas Municipal Airport located at 1341 Mercer Way in the PS-AR District This item has been continued to the December 18, 2019 Planning Commission meeting.
