CONSIDERATIONS PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS ID#19-621 Miscellaneous 2019-015; Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program for the Lease and Development of 13.25-acres located at the Salinas Municipal Airport at 1341 Mercer Way in the PS-AR District Recommendation: Approve a Resolution recommending that the City Council adopt the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP) for the proposed Salinas Airport Development Lease Project. ID#19-682 Miscellaneous 2019-017; Request to vacate an unused portion of Work Street right-of-way in the IGC (Industrial General - Commercial) District Recommendation: Approve a Resolution finding that the proposed vacation of Work Street conforms with the City of Salinas General Plan and recommend City Council approval.
