Citizen Comment Period: MINUTES 1. Consider approval of the February 27, 2019 meeting minutes. PRESENTATIONS 2. Receive staff presentation from Greg Schwarz, Capital Improvements/Engineering, regarding the CM Allen Reconstruction project. ACTION ITEMS 3. Consider Organization Committee recommendation for April Business of the Month. DISCUSSION ITEMS 4. Discuss Main Street Advisory Board attendance to the Chamber of Commerce State of the City event. 5. Discuss Main Street’s involvement in Sights and Sounds for 2019. 6. Discuss prospective San Marcos bid for the 2021 and 2022 Texas Downtown Association annual conference. 7. Discuss prospective activity and/or appreciation of outgoing Advisory Board members.
