Receive Nominations And Elect The Chair And Vice-Chair, the term of office shall be one year, beginning April 1st and ending March 31st in accordance to the commission’s adopted bylaws. MINUTES 2. Discussion of request by Lisa Marie Coppoletta to make formal 15-minute presentation to commission regarding sidewalk project on Belvin Street at next regular meeting. (motion/vote) 6. New board business - Introductions of new commissioners - Review of new bylaws and agenda processes - Discussion of shirt/badge/business cards (motion/vote) 7. Discussion of host neighborhoods for 2019 Neighborhood Workshops (motion/vote) REPORTS 8. Receive a status update from staff of Code Compliance Manager hiring process 9. Review a written staff report of 510 and 524 Hopkins rezoning and discuss FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS (motions to place a discussion item on an agenda for a regular commission meeting) 10.
