Receive presentation from Planning and Development Services for an update on the Downtown Area Plan. MINUTES 2. Consider approval of the July 20, 2022, meeting minutes. ACTION 3. Banner Selection Committee – Determine which Main Street Board Member will sit on a committee to determine artwork for upcoming and future downtown banner designs. DISCUSSION ITEMS 4. Fall Events – Receive update from staff on Fall events. Discuss and schedule meeting of the event subcommittee. 5. Think B!G Launch – Receive update from staff on launch of the Think B!G small business counseling program. Discuss how Main Street Board Members can assist in educating local business owners. 6. Board Retreat – Revisit potential dates and locations for Fall 2022. 7. Downtown Blitz – Receive update from staff on upcoming large scale downtown cleanup event.
