5. Update on flood situation in San Marcos Ken Bell updated Board Members on the

6. Discuss and vote to reschedule workshop A motion made by Kenneth Dees to
for Sunset Acres and Mockingbird reschedule workshop to Wednesday,

8. Commissioner’s and Staff Report - Lisa Marie Coppoletta suggested proposing
to add a Tenants Council on next month
agenda. Tome Rowe stated he was in
agreement adding a Tenants Council
discussion to January 20th agenda.
9. Questions for the Press and Public. None
10. Adjournment A motion to adjourn meeting at 7:00 p.m.
