Discuss and consider action on possible resolution for Short Term Rentals. b. Discuss and consider action on amending bylaws to state “quarterly” meetings for ARTICLE 7. MEETINGS.: (G) The commission shall meet monthly. In October of each year, the board shall adopt a schedule of the meetings for the upcoming year, including makeup meeting dates for the holidays and cancelled meetings. 6. REPORTS– 20 Minutes a.
