2. PC-18-44_03 (La Cima, Phase 1, Section 2) Consider a request by Bowman Consulting
Group, on behalf of Lazy Oaks Ranch, LP, to approve a Final Plat for 56.923 acres, more
or less, out of the John Williams Survey, Abstract No. 490, generally located west of the
intersection of Old Ranch Road 12 and Wonder World Drive. (A. Brake)

3. CUP-19-24 (Patio Dolcetto Renewal) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by
Dolcetto, LLC for a renewal of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the sale of beer and

4. ZC-19-09 (1909 Dutton) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by John David
Carson, on behalf of Carson Haysco Holdings, L.P. for a zoning change from “GC” General
Commercial to “CD-4” Character District 4 for approximately .72 acres, more or less, out
of Lot 5, Block 1 San Marcos Business Park, Section 2, located at 1909 Dutton. (W.

5. LDC-19-03 Hold a public hearing and consider a recommendation to the City Council
regarding a Development Code amendment to include a demolition review process for

7. ZC-18-17 (Redwood 1) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by James Ingalls for
a zoning change from “FD” Future Development and “CD-4” Character District - 4, to
“CD-3” Character District - 3 for approximately 192.951 acres, more or less, out of the
Barnette O. Kane Survey, Abstract No. 281, located at 2357 Redwood Road, Hays County,

8. ZC-18-18 (Redwood 2) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by James Ingalls for
a zoning change from “FD” Future Development to “CD-4” Character District - 4 for
approximately 8.534 acres, more or less, out of the Barnette O. Kane Survey, Abstract No.
281, located in the 1600 Block of Redwood Road, Hays County, Texas. (A.Villalobos)
