1. PC-19-27 (Blanco Vista, Tract O) Consider a request by CSF Civil Group, on behalf of
Brookfield Residential, for approval of a Preliminary Plat for approximately 9.711 acres,
more or less, out of the William Ward League, Abstract 467, located east of Old
Stagecoach Road, north of Trail Ridge Pass. (A. Brake)
PUBLIC HEARINGS
2. CUP-19-25 (Sean Patricks) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Sean
Patricks for renewal of a Restricted Conditional Use Permit to allow for the sale of mixed
beverages for on premise consumption at 202 East San Antonio Street. (T. Carpenter)
3. CUP-19-26 (Double Dave’s Pizzaworks) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by
DD San Marcos, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the sale of beer and wine
for on premise consumption at 748 North LBJ Drive, Suite 102.(T. Carpenter)
4. Hold a Public Hearing and consider providing a recommendation on the proposed
Workforce Housing Task Force Strategic Housing Action Plan. (A. Gillfillan)

5. ZC-18-17 (Redwood 1) Consider a request by James Ingalls for a zoning change from
“FD” Future Development and “CD-4” Character District - 4, to “CD-3” Character District -
