VR-23-08 (302 Chuck Nash Loop) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Centerpoint Integrated Solutions, on behalf of BR 2020 Land BK, LLC, for a variance to Section 7.1.1.3 of the San Marcos Development Code, to not require mitigation for excess surface parking.
