I. Call to Order and announce quorum is present.
II. Invocation and Pledges
III. Public Comments:
Citizens who desire to address the Council on any matter may sign up to do so prior to this
meeting. Public comments will be received during this portion of the meeting. Please limit
comments to three (3) minutes. No discussion or final action will be taken by the Council.
IV. Presentations:
1. Linebarger Attorney Carrie Pickering presents Tax Sale
Excess Proceeds in the amount of $1,294.68 to the City of San
Saba.
2. “Employee of the Month” award for October
V. Consent Agenda Items:
All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be
enacted by one motion. There will not be separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item
will be removed from the Consent Agenda and w ill be considered separately.
1. Minutes from September 9th, 2025 Council Meeting.
2. Payment of bills presented to City Council.
3. Approve Resolution No. 2025-40 a Resolution which
authorizes the City to enter into an agreement with TXDOT for
the closure of Wallace Street for the Annual Christmas
Parade on December 13, 2025, at 6:30 p.m.
4. Approve Resolution No. 2025-41 a Resolution closing the 300
and 400 blocks of East Wallace Street to Parking, one hour
prior and during the Annual Christmas Parade on December
13, 2025.

5. Approve Resolution No. 2025-42 a Resolution waiving
Ordinance defining noise nuisances for Gloria Gonzales,
October 18th, 2025, at Risien Park Pavilion.
6. Approve Resolution No. 2025-43 a Resolution waiving
Ordinance defining noise nuisances for Rojelio Rocha,
November 8th, 2025, at Risien Park West Slab.
VI. Discussion/Action Items:
1. Discuss, consider, and approve the 2026 Holiday Schedule
for the City of San Saba.
2. Discuss, consider, and take possible action regarding
Resolution No. 2025-44, a Resolution of the City of San Saba,
Texas regarding a Finance Contract between the City of San
Saba and Government Capital Corporation for the Purpose of
Financing “Golf Course Equipment”.
3. Discuss, consider, and take possible action regarding
Resolution No. 2025-45 a Resolution to waive an ordinance
defining noise nuisances requested by Joanne Weik
regarding “San Saba Strong Fest” event on December 6th,
2025, at Mill Pond Park.
4. Discuss, consider, and take possible action regarding
Ordinance No. 2025-10 temporarily closing a portion of
Thomas Stewart Drive located in Mill Pond Park from the
Christmas Computer Building to the intersection of Church
Street and Thomas Stewart Drive on December 6, 2025, from
7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. for the “San Saba Strong Fest” disaster
relief event.
5. Discuss, consider, and take possible action regarding the
selling of and installation of Memorial Brick Pavers at the
Garden Club to raise funds for repairs and restoration of the
Garden Club due to the July 4th Flood.
