MINUTES Sand Springs City Council Special Meeting March 1, 2012 – 3:00 p.m. Sand Springs Municipal Building 100 East Broadway Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063 MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Mike Burdge @ 3:47 p.m. Vice Mayor Dean Nichols Councilman Michael Phillips Councilman Jesse Honn Councilman Brian M. Jackson Councilman James D. Rankin ABSENT: Councilman Harold Neal Vice Mayor Nichols called the meeting to order at the noted time of 3:12 p.m. The Sand Springs City Council met in special session on March 1, 2012, for the purpose of participating in a workshop for Council to provide comments and input regarding a proposed Incentive Policy. The meeting was for informational-purposes only with no business considered or acted upon by Council. Meeting adjourned at noted time of 5:07 p.m. _______________________________ E.
