Foitowing a師ef discussion, a mOtion was made by Counciler Burdge and seconded
by VIce Mayo「 Dir[On that仙e 「equested approvaI of three (3) ∪帥rty Easements and
One (1) Drainage Easement granted by Capitai Homes Residential Group, LLC, and
autho「ization fo「 the Mayor to sign said documents as it 「eletes to Stone Vilfa
