MINUTES Sand Springs City Council and Sand Springs Municipal Authority Special Meeting August 25, 2011 – 2:00 p.m. Case Community Center 1050 West Wekiwa Road Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063 MEMBERS PRESENT: Vice Mayor/Chairman Dean Nichols Councilman/Trustee Michael Phillips Councilman/Trustee Jesse Honn Councilman/Trustee Brian M. Jackson Councilman/Trustee James D. Rankin ABSENT: Mayor/Chairman Mike Burdge Councilman/Trustee Harold Neal Vice Mayor/Vice Chairman Nichols called the meeting to order at the noted time of 2:05 p.m. The Sand Springs City Council and Sand Springs Municipal Authority Trustees met in special session on August 25, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the Case Community Center, 1050 West Wekiwa Road, Sand Springs, Oklahoma, 74063, for the purpose of participating in a discussion and planning session. The session included Council orientation and review of various projects, including projects that staff will present to Council for consideration and/or approval at a future Council meeting. The meeting was for informational-purposes only with no business considered or acted upon by Council or Trustees. Meeting adjourned at noted time of 8:12 p.m. _______________________________ E.
