BACKGROUND AND HISTORY: Aviation Fuel Sales totaled 52,022 gallons through April 30, 2015. With the FY15 budget set at 48,000 gallons, a supplemental appropriation is needed in order to increase the budgeted expense for aviation fuel purchases that will be necessary for the remainder of the year. Additional revenue from aviation fuel resale is also anticipated. BUGETARY IMPACT: This agenda item will increase both the revenue and expense by the same amount and will therefore not affect the ending unrestricted net assets: SSMA Airport Fund: Increase: Revenue – Resale Supplies $30,000 Increase: Expenditures – Airport Operations $30,000 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval.
