Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Cynthia Phillips, Chairman, called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:00pm. 2. ROLL CALL – Cynthia Phillips, Chairman, called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Clem, here Crawford, here Dixon, no answer Nobles, here Phillips, here Sisney, no answer Whitaker, no answer 3. PRESENTATION OF APPRECIATION PLAQUES (Ed Dubie/Betty Breisch) – Tabled until June Agenda. NOTE: Grady Whitaker arrived at the noted time of 6:22pm 4. DISCUSSION OF CONTRACT FOR VOY CONSTRUCTION – Discussion only - no action taken Minutes – Cont’d -2- May 19, 2015 5. MINUTES (April 21, 2015) – Mayme Crawford made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Debbie Nobles seconded the motion. Clem, aye Crawford, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, abstain Whitaker, abstain The motion carried 3-0-2 6. BILLS (April) – None 7. FINANCIALS (April) – Information only – no action taken 8. ASSOCIATION REQUESTS APPROVAL FOR EXPENSES FOR: a. 2016 Museum Calendar (Rogues 5) b. Purchasing T-shirts (Rogues 5) Grady Whitaker made the motion to table Item 8a and 8b until June meeting. APPROVAL OF INSTALLATION OF COMPUTER LINK FOR PAYPAL – Grady Whitaker made the motion for Cynthia Phillips to initiate the computer link for payroll and set up a separate bank account for accepting said payments.
