M3 SAND SPRINGS MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY SAND SPRINGS, OKLAHOMA RESOLUTION No. M-24-01 A RESOLUTION RELATED TO APPROVING A REAL ESTATE SALES AGREEMENT FOR THE PROPERTY AT 216 NORTH LINCOLN AND AUTHORIZING ALL ACTIONS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION WHEREAS, the Sand Springs Municipal Authority is the owner of property described at 216 North Lincoln, and described as: Lots 1 and 2, and east 0.5 ' of N 75' of Lot 3, Blk 35, Sand Springs Original Town (61475), Sec. 11, Township 19, Range 11, Tulsa County, OK; Assessor Parcels R61475911104500, 04510, and 04520. WHEREAS, the building is in need of repairs and a prospective purchaser has offered to purchase the property for a price in excess of the assessed value, and in accordance with the request of the SSMA. WHEREAS, authorizing the sale together with all necessary approvals to complete the sales transaction is in the best interest of the Sand Springs Municipal Authority. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Trustees of the Sand Springs Municipal Authority as follows: 1. The sale as outlined above is approved and authorized by the Trustees. 2. The Mayor and/or City Manager are authorized to sign all documents necessary to complete the sale of the above described property, including but not limited to a Purchase and Sale Agreement, closing documents, brokerage agreements and a deed.
