Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Betty Breisch (1-0) Mayme Crawford (1-0) Tim Dixon (1-0) Debbie Nobles (1-0) Grady Whitaker (1-0) MEMBERS ABSENT: Ed Dubie (0-1) Cynthia Phillips (0-1) OTHERS PRESENT: Patty Dixon Rocky Rogers The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted at 3:45pm on July 12, 2012, on the bulletin board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 East Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Nobles called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:00pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Nobles called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, here Crawford, here Dixon, here Dubie, no answer Nobles, here Phillips, no answer Whitaker, here 3. MINUTES (June 19, 2012) Betty Breisch made the motion to approve the minutes, with correction of Item 5d as discussed. Tim Dixon seconded the motion. BILLS (June) – Mayme Crawford made the motion to pay the bills. Tim Dixon seconded the motion. FINANCIAL REPORT (June) – Information only – no action taken 6. AGREEMENT/RESOLUTION BETWEEN CITY AND MUSEUM – Betty Breisch made the motion to Table this item until the next meeting, as they would like full board to vote on this item. ELECTION OF SSCHMTA BOARD OFFICERS (FY2012/2013) – a. Election of Chairman – Grady Whitaker made the motion to nominate Cynthia Phillips to serve as Chairman. Betty Breisch seconded the motion. Chairwoman Nobles called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, aye Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Nobles, aye Whitaker, aye The motion carried 5-0-0 b. Election of Vice-Chairman – Betty Breisch made the motion to nominated Debbie Nobles to serve as Vice-Chairman. Mayme Crawford seconded the motion. Election of Treasurer – Grady Whitaker made the motion to nominate Ed Dubie to serve as the Treasurer. Tim Dixon seconded the motion.
