MINUTES OF REGUALR MEETING SAND SPRINGS CULTURAL & HISTORICAL MUSEUM TRUST AUTHORITY Tuesday, August 21, 2012 Museum Board Room 9 E. Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Betty Breisch (2-0) Mayme Crawford (2-0) Tim Dixon (2-0) Ed Dubie (1-1) Debbie Nobles (2-0) Cynthia Phillips (1-1) Grady Whitaker (2-0) MEMBERS ABSENT: None OTHERS PRESENT: Patty Dixon Rocky Rogers The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 21, 2012, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted at 3:45pm on August 16, 2012, on the bulletin board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 East Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:00pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, here Crawford, here Dixon, here Dubie, here Nobles, here Phillips, here Whitaker, no answer 3. MINUTES (July 17, 2012) Mayme Crawford made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Debbie Nobles seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Breisch, aye Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, abstain The motion carried 5-0-1 Minutes – Cont’d -2- August 22, 2012 4. BILLS (July) – None 5. FINANCIAL REPORT (July) – Information only – no action taken NOTE: Grady Whitaker arrived at the noted time of 6:07pm 6. AGREEMENT/RESOLUTION BETWEEN CITY AND MUSEUM – This item was passed to the September 18th Board Meeting. 7. MUSEUM ASSOCIATION REPORT (Patty DIxon) – Written report was distributed to Board Members.
