MINUTES OF REGUALR MEETING SAND SPRINGS CULTURAL & HISTORICAL MUSEUM TRUST AUTHORITY Tuesday, April 15, 2014 Museum Board Room 9 E. Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayme Crawford 5-0 Ed Dubie 4-1 Debbie Nobles 4-1 Cynthia Phillips 5-0 Vicki Sisney 5-0 MEMBERS ABSENT: Tim Dixon 3-2 Grady Whitaker 2-3 OTHERS PRESENT: Paula Jones DeLana Duvall The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital display board located in the lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:02pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, here Dixon, no answer Dubie, here Nobles, here Phillips, here Sisney, no answer Whitaker, no answer 3. MINUTES (March 18, 2014) – Mayme Crawford made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Debbie Nobles seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye The motion carried 4-0-0 4. BILLS (March) – None 5. FINANCIALS (March) – Information only – no action taken Minutes – Cont’d -2- April 16, 2014 Vicki Sisney arrived at the noted time of 6:06pm 6. PROPOSAL OF SOLICITATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF NON-COLLECTION RELATED GIFTS POLICIES – Debbie Nobles made the motion to approve the proposed policy as presented. Mayme Crawford seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye The motion carried 5-0-0 7. APPROVAL OF ITEMS TO BE PLACED FOR SALE IN GIFT SHOP – Debbie Nobles made to motion to approve purchase of coasters and bowls from Vicki Sisney, and thimbles and Christmas Ornaments from “We are Pins” to sell in the Museum gift shop. Ed Dubie seconded the motion. Coasters: $15.00/set of 4 Bowls: $20.00 each Thimbles $6.50 each Christmas Ornaments: $10.00 each Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye The motion carried 5-0-0 8.
