Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayme Crawford 6-0 Tim Dixon 4-2 Ed Dubie 5-1 Debbie Nobles 5-1 Cynthia Phillips 6-0 Vicki Sisney 6-0 Grady Whitaker 3-3 MEMBERS ABSENT: None OTHERS PRESENT: Paula Jones DeLana Duvall The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital display board located in the lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:00pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, here Dixon, here Dubie, here Nobles, here Phillips, here Sisney, here Whitaker, no answer 3. MINUTES (April 15, 2014) – Debbie Nobles made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Ed Dubie seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dixon, abstain Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye The motion carried 5-0-1 Minutes – Cont’d -2- May 20, 1014 4. BILLS (April) – Debbie Nobles made the motion to approve paying the bills. Vicki Sisney seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye The motion carried 6-0-0 Grady Whitaker arrived at the noted time of 6:04pm 5. FINANCIALS (April) – Information only – no action taken 6. APPROVAL OF BUDGET (FY 2014-2015) – Mayme Crawford made the motion to approve the FY 2014-2015 budget as presented. Grady Whitaker seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, aye Dixon, aye Dubie, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye Whitaker, aye The motion carried 7-0-0 7.
