Broadway Sand Springs, OK 6:00pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Tim Dixon 5-3 Debbie Nobles 7-1 Cynthia Phillips 8-0 Vicki Sisney 8-0 MEMBERS ABSENT: Mayme Crawford 7-1 Ed Dubie 6-2 Grady Whitaker 3-5 OTHERS PRESENT: Paula Jones DeLana Duvall Patty Dixon The Sand Springs Cultural & Historical Museum Trust Authority met for a regular meeting on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital display board located in the lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairwoman Phillips called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:03pm 2. ROLL CALL – Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Crawford, no answer Dixon, here Dubie, no answer Nobles, here Phillips, here Sisney, here Whitaker, no answer Chairwoman Cynthia Phillips skipped Item 3 and went directly to Item 4 of the Agenda. 4. MINUTES (June 15, 2014) – Debbie Nobles made the motion to approve the minutes, as presented. Vicki Sisney seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Dixon, abstain Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye The motion carried 3-0-1 5. BILLS (June) – None Minutes – Cont’d -2- July 16, 2014 6. FINANCIALS (June) – Information only – no action taken Chairwoman Cynthia Phillips went back to Item 3 of the Agenda. 3. ELECTION OF SSCHMTA BOARD OFFICERS (FY2014/2015) – a. Election of Chairman – Debbie Nobles made the motion to nominate Ed Dubie to serve as Chairman. Vicki Sisney seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Dixon, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye The motion carried 4-0-0 b. Election of Vice-Chairman – Tim Dixon made the motion to nominate Grady Whitaker to serve as Vice- Chairman. Vicki Sisney seconded the motion. Chairwoman Phillips called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Dixon, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye The motion carried 4-0-0 c. Election of Secretary – Debbie Nobles made the motion to nominate Mayme Crawford as the Secretary. Tim Dixon seconded the motion. Chairwoman Nobles called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Dixon, aye Nobles, aye Phillips, aye Sisney, aye The motion carried 4-0-0 d. Election of Treasurer Debbie Nobles made the motion to nominate Cindy Phillips as Treasurer. Vicki Sisney seconded the motion.
