Joe Medlin, Parks Superintendent Brian Talley, Director of Golf The Sand Springs Park Board met for a regular meeting pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called the meeting to order at the noted time of 6:33pm. 2. ROLL CALL – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Burdge, here Comer, no answer Crapster, here Nollan, here Smith, no answer Wilson, no answer Wygle, here 3. INVOCATION – Chairman Cathy Burdge delivered the invocation. NOTE: Jennifer Smith arrived at the noted time of 6:35pm 4. MINUTES (August 3, 2015) – Phil Nollan made the motion to approve the Minutes, as presented. Jennifer Smith seconded the motion. Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called for the vote recorded as follows: Burdge, aye Crapster, aye Nollan, aye Smith, aye Wygle, aye The motion carried 5-0-0 Agenda – Cont’d -2- September 11, 2015 NOTE: Wendy Wygle left at the noted time of 7:12pm 5. SALES TAX ELECTION PRESENTATION – A brief presentation was given by Police Chief Carter and Deputy Fire Chief Hall. Information only – no action was taken 6.
