MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING SAND SPRINGS PARK ADVISORY BOARD Tuesday, September 29, 2015 Case Community Center 1050 W. Wekiwa Rd. - Sand Springs, OK Parks Conference Room - 5:30pm MEMBERS PRESENT: Cathy Burdge Daniel Comer Kathe Crapster Wendy Wygle MEMBERS ABSENT: Phil Nollan Jennifer Smith Beau Wilson ALSO PRESENT: Grant Gerondale, Parks Director Paula Jones, Recording Secretary Jeff Edwards, Projects & Facilities Mgr. Joe Medlin, Parks Superintendent The Sand Springs Park Board met for a special meeting pursuant to the agenda filed at the City Clerk’s office and posted on the digital board located in the first floor lobby of the Sand Springs Municipal Building, 100 E. Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 1. CALL TO ORDER – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called the meeting to order at the noted time of 5:30pm. 2. ROLL CALL – Chairman, Cathy Burdge, called for an individual roll call with members replying in the following manner: Burdge, here Comer, here Crapster, here Nollan, no answer Smith, no answer Wilson, no answer Wygle, here 3. CLYDE BOYD TRAIL (Park Fund) – Cathy Burdge made the motion to approve utilizing expenditures of $20,000 from Park Funds for immediate critical repairs to Clyde Boyd Trail, but requests that the City reimburse a sum of $10,000.00 as City funds allow, and send to City Council for their review and/or consideration. Wendy Wygle seconded the motion.
