July 6, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Sandy Oaks Park Advisory Committee will be held on Tuesday,
July 6, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. by telephonic video conferencing for the purpose of considering the following agenda
items. All agenda items are subject to action. In an effort to advance the public health goal of limiting face-
to-face meetings (also called "social distancing") to slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), there
will be no in-person public access to the meeting.

The public will be permitted to offer public comments telephonically or by audio as provided by the agenda
and as permitted by the presiding officer during the meeting. Written questions or comments may be
submitted to the Chairperson up to two hours before the meeting by emailing trepino@cityofsandyoaks.com.
1. Call to order and quorum call.
2. Citizens to be heard.
3. Discuss and/or possible action on of progress on butterfly site. (Repino/Fillinger)
4. Discuss and/or possible action on knowledge gained on setting rental fees, deposits, and other
requirements in order to schedule an exclusive community center event. (Sarmiento)
5. Discuss and/or possible action on the erection of the flag poles. (Repino)
6. Discuss and possible action on the many and latest successes of the community center (Sarmiento)
7. Invite Megan Abilez Cordoba as an interested speaker (Repino)
8. Adjourn

before July 3, 2021 by 6:30 P.M. and notice remained posted continuously for at least 72 hours preceding
the scheduled time of said meeting in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.
