Smith Absent: 1- Council Member Scott Cowdell Also Present Administration: City Attorney Rob Wall Community Development Director Mike Coulam Zoning Administrator Brian McCuistion 5:15 Council Tour 16-172 The Sandy City Council will be touring the Dimple Dell area to look at different aspects of the proposed overlay zoning district. As the Council tours the area, they will discuss concerns that have come up during the overlay zoning district committee meetings. The location of the tour will begin at approximately 10600 South and 1400 East.
