CAO Report Korban Lee addressed the Council regarding Adventure Week Byron Jorgensen addressed the Council and reported that the budget is almost ready to present to the Council. He also addressed Police staffing. Nick Deurksen addressed the Council regarding various redevelopment projects. Scott Cowdell commented on Nick's report. A motion was made by Steve Fairbanks, seconded by Linda Martinez Saville, to approve the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 budget and extend the public hearing to the May 3, 2016 Council meeting to complete review of the CDBG Annual Action Plan.
