He would like increased patrol especially on weekends. Rick Smith noted that an area would be striped providing additional off street parking. Chris McCandless briefed the Council on future plans for Snowbird. Steve Fairbanks asked the Council if they would be willing to consider changing the annual requirement for Real to come before the City Council to present their parking management plan. He recomended every other year and the Council agreed. They asked Mike Applegarth to look into making the necessary changes. Council Office Director's Report Michael Applegarth updated the Council on the Urban Deer issue. Mayor's Report Mayor Dolan updated the Council on projects coming to the City. ANEX-2-16-4 Community Development Department recommending the City Council 972 approve the Hirschi Annexation, thereby annexing property located at approximately 3319 East Wasatch Pines Lane in Salt Lake County, comprising approximately 20.6 acres into Sandy City and zoning the property to the R-1-15 Zone. The area is contiguous to the Sandy City boundary (3 sides). 2. The properties are located within and area designated in the Sandy City General Plan for incorporation. 3. The City is presently providing culinary water, fire service and emergency medical service to this area. 4. The City can provide a high level of other municipal services to these properties. 5. The R-1-15 Zone is appropriate for these parcels based upon the surrounding land uses.
