Chris McCandless attended the sandy museum anniversary and presented a plaque to
the Council for their support for thier 30 year anniversay. should look on having a wall
that is dedicated to plaques.

the council has no authority. Jordan rivier ribbon cutting for a bridge, sandy area chamber
of commerce
Scott Cowdell asked that the interview for Mr. McDonald be tabled for the new mayor to

Mike Applegarh discussed the code enforcement ordinance intend to form a staff
committee to review model ordinances and indentify facets of the current system.

Cheif Cline presented the eight candidates who completed the academy. Levi Weston,
Chandler Hickey, Joe Olson, cory Carter, Matt Astin, Jaron Franchina, Mark deKorver,
Aaton white, wendy Downs deputy city recorder performed te swearing in ceremony.

Richard Deloney- long history of trouble with neighbor who is abusing ordinances. would
like the ordinances amended . would not like this issue to drop it has escalated. they
would like some changes or amendments from the council.
Maren Barker still willing to meet who d owe need to meet with will see what ordinances
we need to change.

Steve Fairbanks thought he already met with James. not sure they can cure the
underlying problem
Monica Zoltanski- thanked mayor dola counciman smith for years of service to
community and tier suport. thanked candidates who ran. dea theador and randy osborn
congratualted elects. scott cowdell for his years of service. she addressed the 300 east
tunnel and that funding was secure. she asked for assurance statis update and where
they city is in the process. and if we can count on the funding from the county. they
would like communication soon.

based businesses from requirement vof have a business licience.
