Michael Applegarth reviewed the Agenda Planning Calendar.
Council Member Business
Chris McCandless proposed a Citizen Recognition for Nancy Day along with a
recommendation for Zach Robinson to serve as a representative on the Jordan River
Council due to his resignation.
Zach Robinson expressed appreciation to all those who were involved with the Oath of
Office.
Linda Martinez Saville reported on the passing of a former Councilmember Grant Hurst.

Korban Lee reported on adding additional monuments and statues on the grounds of City
Hall.

Council Chair Linda Martinez Saville welcomed all those in attendance.
Assistant CAO Shane Pace offered the opening prayer.
Public Works Director Mike Gladbach led the audience in the pledge.
Citizen Comments
Steve Van Maren supported the proposal to rename the Clubhouse at River Oaks Golf
Course in honor of Tom Dolan.
David Larsen asked if there were future plans to widen 1000 East from 8600 South to
7800 South.
Public Works Director Mike Gladbach met with Mr. Larsen.
Citizen Comments was closed.
Council Items
3. 18-001 Mayor Bradburn recommending the City designate the clubhouse at River
Oaks Golf Course as the Tom Dolan Clubhouse.
Mayor Bradburn recommended renaming the clubhouse at River Oaks Golf Course in
honor of former Mayor Tom Dolan.
Scott Earl addressed the proposal.
Council discussion followed.
A motion was made by Chris McCandless, seconded by Zach Robinson, to
approve the Mayor's recommendation to rename the club house at River Oaks
Golf Course in honor of former Mayor Tom Dolan... The motion carried by the
following vote:

4. 17-299 City Council Office recommending the City Council adopt the 2018 annual
