Charles Kesseler spoke regarding the Bolivar Masonic Lodge' s commercial rate for utilities,
asking if there could be a separate designation for nonprofit organizations that provide for the
residential rate structure
Tommy Barnes spoke in support of a designation for nonprofit organizations regarding utility
rates
