Curtis and Sons for Personal Protective Equipment for the Fire Department Recommendation: 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a purchase order with L.N. Curtis and Sons for personal protective equipment for the Fire Department starting on or around December 11, 2023, to May 7, 2024, for a maximum amount not-to-exceed $602,350, to be funded by amounts approved in the Fire Department’s annual Capital Improvement Project Fund and Fire Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2023/24; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to exercise an option to extend the term of the purchase order through May 7, 2025, for a maximum additional not-to-exceed amount of $497,650 for the option term, subject to appropriation of funds. 5.H 23-1050 Action on a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map for 22 Townhouse Units at 3378-3386 El Camino Real. Authorize the City Manager to take any actions as necessary to implement and administer the Agreement and negotiate and execute amendments to the Agreement to (a) exercise up to five one-year options to extend the term through December 31, 2033, (b) adjust rates to account for market conditions or labor agreement requirements, and (c) add or delete services including increases to the maximum compensation for a total amount not to exceed $2,500,000 for a ten-year period, subject to the appropriation of funds and the review and approval as to form by the City Attorney. 5.K 23-1320 Action on a Request for a Special Permit to Allow Temporary Modular Trailers for the Acura Car Dealership at 4747 Stevens Creek Boulevard for Nine Months Recommendation: 1. Determine the issuance of the Special Permit to be categorically exempt from environmental review pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15304(e) (Class 4 - “Minor Alterations to Land”); and 2. Approve the request of a Special Permit to allow for a temporary office trailer at 4747 Stevens Creek Boulevard for nine months, subject to conditions, based upon the findings set forth in the Special Permit.
