Approval of Agenda A motion was made by Amanda Hatherly, seconded by Brandon Vella, to approve the agenda. The motion was approved on a voice vote. 4. Approval of Minutes a. Request for the Approval of the November 4, 2025 Water Conservation Committee Meeting Minutes. A motion was made by Robert Coombe, seconded by Amanda Hatherly, to approve the minutes as presented. b. Request for the Approval of the August 12, 2025 Water Conservation Committee Meeting Minutes. A motion was made by Robert Coombe, seconded by Evan Ripley, to approve the minutes as presented. 5. Presentations a. Water Resources Update: WRI, Water 2100, and Dashboards.(Steve Shultz, Water Resources Coordinator, smchultz@santafenm.gov.) b. Water Conservation Program Update. (Christine Chavez, Water Conservation Manager, cychavez@santafenm.gov.) 6. Action Items a. Approval of 2026 Meeting Calendar. (Patricio Pacheco, Water Conservation Specialist, pmpacheco@santafenm.gov.) A motion was made by Evan Ripley, seconded by Brandon Vella, to approve the 2026 meeting calander. The motion passed on a voice vote. b. Approval of 2026 Water Conservation Workplan (Christine Chavez, Water Conservation Manager, cychavez@santafenm.gov.)
