1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
Chair David Carpenter called the meeting to order at 4:05PM.
Present 7 - Chair Greg Hurd, Board Member Robert Cantu, Board Member David
Carpenter, Board Member Stan Clark, Vice Chair David Cooper,
Board Member Peter Hendrickson, and Board Member Dan O'Rourke
Also present: Edi Sussman, Esq. and Joshua Katz, Esq. representing the appellants for CE18-0313 and
CE18-0314. The appellants were also present.
2. PUBLIC COMMENTS
None
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
2.1 July 25, 2018, Regular Meeting
Item approved as submitted.
4. APPEAL HEARINGS
3.1 Appeal Hearing - 2371 Corby Avenue
Board was notified by Staff that a request for postponement was
made for this appeal.
Objection was made to the continuance by the tenant's attorneys,
Edi Sussman, Esq. and Joshua Katz, Esq.
5. DISCUSSION OF BOARD APPOINTMENTS AND TERM LIMITS
- Meetings held third Wednesday of January, April, July, and
October.
- Board Members to confirm if they will be reapplying prior to
January.
- Summary and hard copy packets to be mailed to Board Members
seven days in advance.
