CONSENT ITEMS 3.1 RESOLUTION - EXTENSION OF PROCLAMATION OF EXISTENCE OF A LOCAL EMERGENCY RELATING TO THE THREAT TO COMMUNITY HEALTH POSED BY COVID-19 (CONTINUED FROM THE FEBRUARY 1, 2022 AGENDA) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the City Attorney’s Office that the Council, by resolution, declare that the proclamation of a state of local emergency within the City of Santa Rosa has been and remains in full force and effect without interruption. Attachments: Staff Report Resolution Presentation 3.3 RESOLUTION - MAKING REQUIRED MONTHLY FINDINGS AND City of Santa Rosa Special Meeting Notice and Agenda Page 4 of 5 City Council FEBRUARY 8, 2022 AUTHORIZING THE CONTINUED USE OF TELECONFERENCING FOR PUBLIC MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND ALL THE CITY’S BOARDS, COMMISSIONS, AND COMMITTEES, PURSUANT TO ASSEMBLY BILL 361 (CONTINUED FROM THE FEBRUARY 1, 2022 AGENDA) RECOMMENDATION: It is recommended by the City Attorney that the Council, by resolution, make required monthly findings and authorize the continued use of teleconferencing for public meetings of the City Council and all of the City’s boards, commissions and committees pursuant to Assembly Bill 361.
