CAB ANNOUNCEMENTS & ISSUES OF CONCERN TO CITY RESIDENTS CAB Members may share community news, upcoming events that may be of interest to the CAB and issues of concern for residents. This is also the time when CAB Members may announce departure from the meeting early, or any other announcement that may affect the meeting. 6. STAFF UPDATES This time is for City staff to provide a briefing on issues of interest. No action will be taken on these matters except to possibly place a particular item on a future agenda for consideration. 7. SCHEDULED ITEMS 7.1 PRESENTATION - SRPD’S UPCOMING COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT EFFORTS IN STRATEGIC PLANNING DEVELOPMENT City of Santa Rosa Regular Meeting Agenda and Summary Report Page 3 of 3 Community Advisory Board FEBRUARY 28, 2024 Chief Cregan will provide a brief overview of the Police Department’s initiatives for resident involvement in the three-year strategic plan. CAB Members will discuss potential roles and collaboration opportunities for CAB. 8. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS This schedule is tentative and subject to change pending final publication and posting of the Meeting Agenda. This time is reserved for discussion whether to place matters on a future agenda for further discussion. 9.
