CALL TO ORDER Vice Chair Weeks called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES August 8, 2018 Draft Minutes. Approved as submitted. 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS Duane DeWitt spoke regarding government transparency, his opposition to action minutes and various topics. 5. PLANNING COMMISSIONERS' REPORT Commissioner Cisco reported on today's Waterways Advisory Committee meeting. Commissioner Groninga reported the next Subdivision Committee meeting is September 5, 2018. 6. DEPARTMENT REPORTS Presented by Clare Hartman, Deputy Director Planning. 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS 10.1* Sonoma Patient Group CUP - 2425 CLEVELAND AVE - CUP18-086 BACKGROUND: Sonoma Patient Group CUP to Allow Extended Weekend Hours of Operation and Delivery Services as well as approve the continued use of the site under Medical and Adult Use Cannabis Retail Dispensary. No interior or exterior changes are proposed. PRESENTED BY: Adam Ross, City Planner Ex Parte Disclosures: None. Applicant representatives made a presentation. Staff and the Applicant representatives responded to Commissioner questions. Vice Chair Weeks opened the Public Hearing at 4:32 p.m. Karen Pratt spoke in support of the project. Sherry Pratt spoke in support of the project. Heidi Howell spoke in support of the project. Vice Chair Weeks closed the Public Hearing at 4:35 p.m. A motion was made by Commissioner Duggan, seconded by Commissioner Cisco, to waive reading of the text and adopt: RESOLUTION NO. 11913 ENTITLED: RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR EXTENDED HOURS OF OPERATION FOR MEDICAL AND ADULT USE CANNABIS RETAIL WITH DELIVERY SERVICES OPERATING IN AN 1,170 SQUARE FOOT TENANT SPACE IN AN APPROXIMATELY 9,822 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING WITH DAILY OPERATING HOURS FROM 10:00 City of Santa Rosa Regular Meeting Minutes Page 3 of 3 Planning Commission Regular Meeting Minutes - Final August 23, 2018 AM TO 7:00 PM - LOCATED AT 2425 CLEVELAND AVENUE; APN: 015-481-026 FILE NUMBER CUP18-086.
