CALL TO ORDER Chair Edmondson called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES July 26, 2018 Draft Minutes. Approved as submitted. 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS Duane DeWitt spoke regarding the need for public access to an overhead in Council Chambers as well as Roseland area issues. 5. PLANNING COMMISSIONERS' REPORT Commissioner Cisco reported that item 10.1 went before the Waterways Advisory Committee today. 6. DEPARTMENT REPORTS None. 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS 10.1* ROUND BARN VILLAGE - TENTATIVE MAP, MINOR USE PERMIT AND HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT - 0 ROUND BARN BLVD - PRJ18-015 BACKGROUND: Tentative Map, Minor Use Permit and Hillside Development Permit to allow the development of 237-townhouse condominium units and the division of a 40.48-acre parcel into three parcels on slopes exceeding an average of 10 percent. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of an Addendum to an approved Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration. PRESENTED BY: Gary Broad, Planning Consultant Ex Parte Disclosures: None. Chair Edmondson opened the Public Hearing at 4:51 p.m. Jim Scally spoke in support of the project. Liz Rentzel spoke in support of the project. Duane DeWitt spoke in opposition to the project.
