CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Chair Weeks called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Present 7 - Chair Karen Weeks, Vice Chair Julian Peterson, Commissioner Vicki Duggan, Commissioner Jeffrey Holton, Commissioner Terrence Sanders, Commissioner Charles Carter, and Commissioner Patti Cisco 2. PROJECT PLANNER: Kristinae Toomians Ex Parte Disclosures: None. Planner Toomians presented. Staff responded to Board Member inquiries. Applicant representatives made a presentation. Applicant representatives responded to Board Member inquiries. Chair Weeks opened the public hearing at 5:00 p.m. Chair Weeks closed the public hearing 5:01 p.m. A motion was made by Commissioner Cisco, seconded by Commissioner Holton, to waive reading of the text and adopt as amended: RESOLUTION NO. ENTITLED PC-2023-006: RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA APPROVING THE BRITTAIN TOWNHOMES VESTING TENTATIVE MAP LOCATED AT 851 BRITTAIN LANE—ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 035-063-036 - FILE NUMBER PRJ22-005 (MAJ22-002) The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 7 - Chair Weeks, Vice Chair Peterson, Commissioner Duggan, Commissioner Holton, Commissioner Sanders, Commissioner Carter and Commissioner Cisco City of Santa Rosa Regular Meeting Minutes Page 3 of 3 Planning Commission Regular Meeting Minutes - Final March 9, 2023 9. Duties include implementing of plans, ordinances and policies relating to land use matters; assisting in writing and implementing the General Plan and area plans; holding public hearings and acting on proposed changes to the Zoning Code, Zoning Map, General Plan, tentative subdivision maps, and undertaking special planning studies as needed. 4.2 COMMISSIONER REPORTS 4.3 OTHER (i.e. VICE CHAIR ELECTION, NEW MEMBER INTRODUCTIONS) 5.
