CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Chair Mike Prinz (for Bennett Horenstein) called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m. Members Present: Mary Grace Pawson, City of Rohnert Park Mike Thompson, SCWA Craig Scott, City of Cotati Henry Mikus, City of Sebastopol City of Santa Rosa Staff Present: Kimberly Zunino, Deputy Director - Utilities Administration Mike Prinz, Deputy Director - Utilities Operations John Stinson, Administrative Analyst Colin Close, Santa Rosa Water Resources Planner Fred Sarra, Recording Secretary, Administrative Secretary Public Present: None 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes for the March 15, 2018 Special Meeting of the Subregional Wastewater Technical Advisory Committee were approved by a unanimous vote. 3. ANNOUNCEMENTS None 4. NEW BUSINESS 5.1. 2018/19 REGIONAL SYSTEM BUDGET AND ALLOCATION OF COSTS Kimberly Zunino, Deputy Director of Utilities Administration, provided an update to the TAC regarding the budget for fiscal year 2018-19. She also provided updates regarding the timeline for budget review by the BPU and City Council. Representative Henry Mikus, City of Sebastopol, motioned to approve the fiscal 18-19 budget. Seconded by Rep. Mary Grace Pawson, City of RP. Motion passed by unanimous vote. 5.2. OPERATIONAL UPDATE Mike Prinz, Deputy Director - Utilities Operations, provided the TAC with an operational update providing flow comps, update on the Ag Rate Study, and an update on the Geysers and Calpine operations compared to prior year flow rates. 6.
