APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2.1 PRESENTATION - MINUTES APPROVAL- FEBRUARY 13, 2020 Attachments: February 13, 2020-Regular Meeting Minutes A motion was made approved: The motion carried unanimously. 3. NEW BUSINESS 5.1 PRESENTATION - REVIEW OF 2020-21 O&M AND CIP BUDGET ALLOCATIONS AND RECEIVE DIRECTION OF FUTURE BOND FUNDING Kimberly Zunino, Deputy Director Water Administration City of Santa Rosa Special Meeting Minutes Page 2 of 2 Subregional Wastewater Technical Special Meeting Minutes - Draft March 3, 2020 Advisory Committee Attachments: Presentation Kimberly Zunino, Deputy Director Water Administration presented an overview of total regional budget, annual flows, estimated regional revenue, fund summary, total allocation, and bond funding. A budget schedule was discussed, and scenarios for apply cash funding to the bond were discussed. Kimberly advised the subcommittee members to reach out to her if they would like to run different bond funding scenarios. Budget adoption is estimated to be complete by June 2020. Tanya Mokvyts, Water Reuse Engineer gave a summary of Northerly Slope projection for Delta Pond project. Construction of the project is estimated to begin July lasting until mid-October. Tanya also discussed the Geysers pipeline project. The Geysers pipeline needs to have 5 expansion joints replaced to prevent future pipeline failure. The project is estimated to begin and be completed by August 2020. 6. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Santa Rosa Subregional Wastewater Technical Advisory Committee, the meeting adjourned at 1:50 p.m. The next meeting will occur Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 8:00 a.m.
