SCHEDULED ITEMS 6.1 RECESS SELF-STORAGE MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT - PLANNING PROJECT - 4224 SONOMA HWY - PRJ18-050 BACKGROUND: This is a proposal to develop a 2.68-acre parcel with a 124,000-square foot, four-story self-storage facility and two multi-family residential structures.
