The heavy two day downpour resulted in a 50 year flood event. The resulting flow stressed operations, but no untreated water was discharged from the plant. Additional storage areas were put to use to preserve water quality. The discharged water was fully treated and was release to create storage for upcoming flows. The plant is in good shape for the upcoming wet weather. Microgrid Project update given. Renewable Sonoma won the bid for the solid waste composting project. They recommend taking over the compost facility currently run by the City, which would push our operations elsewhere. Options are still being explored. SubTAC offered their compliments to the City's continuity and performance through the recent change in leadership. 4.
