CALL TO ORDER 2. SCHEDULED ITEMS 2.1 PUBLIC HEARING - MINOR DESIGN REVIEW - 425 Humboldt St BACKGROUND: Minor Design Review - revision to previously approved project File No. DR21-007. Revised changes include: removal of the sixth residential floor (8th floor) reducing the height from 86 feet to 77 feet; four (4) bays facing the interior courtyard were replaced with porches; increase number of residential units on first four residential floors (third floor to fifth floor) from 16 units to 18 units; increase the residential units on the top floor from 14 to 16 units; overall reduction in residential units from 94 to 88 units; reconfigure internal residential unit space on some units; changes to windows in units located off the central courtyard to the north of the sky bridges.
