CUP23-066 BACKGROUND: A Minor Conditional Use Permit to allow the continued operation of a Health Club (sports and active recreation facility), including the conversion of two tennis courts into eight pickleball courts. Proposed hours of Pickleball Play will be from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm during summer months and 9:00 am to sundown in winter.
